

ORDERING
When placing an order please include name, address,
e-mail address, phone number and payment information. If using a different shipping address - please advise. Any add-on orders will be treated as a new
order.
PAYMENT
MasterCard, VISA, American Express, the NAPA credit
card and money orders are accepted for payment. Please have your card number and expiration date ready when placing
a phone order and identify yourself as an internet customer. Credit card purchases are subject to credit
limit pre-authorization. All
purchases are to be paid in U.S. funds only. NO exceptions.
SALES TAX
All shipments within Pennsylvania will be charged 6%
sales tax on all taxable purchases. Business purchases for resale must have a sales tax exempt certificate
in order to be exempt from this tax.
SHIPPING
Shipping, insurance and handling charges are additional
and are based on weight, size and value of the package. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is our chosen method of shipment. Other methods of shipment/insurance costs will be quoted when
appropriate or necessary.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Any shipment received damaged must be reported immediately
to the shipping company. Once
a package leaves Honesdale Auto Supply Inc. it becomes the responsibility
of the shipping company. It
is the responsibility of the customer to initiate the appropriate insurance
claims.
SHORTAGES
Must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please be careful to inspect all deliveries
and packages when received.
NON ACCEPTED/REFUSED ORDERS
A $25.00 restocking fee plus freight will be charged
to your credit card account if you refuse or do not accept a shipment.
BACKORDERS/CANCELLATIONS
Refused orders and/or not accepted backorders are subject
to the following terms: it is
the customer's responsibility to cancel an order if you wish not to
accept it. Please call customer service to cancel your
order.
WARRANTY RETURNS
All warranty returns are subject to inspection for
determination of credit. Honesdale
Auto Supply Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace damaged or
defective items. Items MUST be returned in original manufacturers box or package. Include name, address, original invoice number
or copy of invoice, and a short note explaining the problem with returned
item. Installing and tuning
performance parts require a certain level of technical and mechanical
ability. We assume no responsibility
for incorrectly installed or tuned merchandise, nor for any other parts
these may affect.
RETURN SHIPPING TO HONESDALE AUTO SUPPLY INC.
When shipping items (defectives, cores, repairs, etc.)
to Honesdale Auto Supply Inc. be sure to include your name, address,
phone number and a short note explaining the reason for the return. It is highly recommended that you insure your
package. Honesdale Auto Supply
Inc. will not be held responsible for items damaged due to improper
packaging or transit, or, for packages lost in transit. Any and all claims must be made to your respective carrier.
CREDITS ON CORES, RETURNS, AND LOST SHIPMENTS
Customers may return products for credit when the following
guidelines and procedures are met. You MUST include a copy of the original invoice
and a note containing your name, address, e-mail address and phone number
with a brief explanation for the return. Credits for returns without this information will be delayed. All returned items must be in new condition in the original manufacturers
packaging. Cores returned for credit must also be in the
manufacturers original packaging. Freight,
both ways, is the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, there are no returns permitted on electrical
parts. Returns of special orders
may incur a restocking fee.
Orders lost in shipment for whatever reason will not
be credited until 75 days after the original shipment date, per U.S.
Postal Service insurance regulations. We will gladly replace the lost shipment and issue a credit once
the original shipment is delivered, returned to us, or after the 75
days expire and an insurance claim is initiated. |
